摘要

In agriculture, chemical crop protection belongs to the most important field opera- tions. With the aid of sophisticated spray- ing-machines, farmers seek to distribute the spray liquids as uniformly as possible across the field crops to be treated. Undesired trac- tor movements, caused by soil unevenness, create spray boom vibrations, one of the most important sources of an irregular spray deposit distribution. Horizontal accelera- tions of the tractor, more specificly longitu- dinal accelerations in the driving direction and yawing annular accelerations, induce horizontal elastic deformations of the spray boom.
