摘要

[Purpose] For developing cardiotoxicity screening system, we adopted toxicogenomics tools. Peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC)s were used as a surrogate tissue in this study. Surrogate tissue analysis incorporating -omics technologies has emerged as a potential alternative method for evaluating toxic effect of the tissues which are not accessible for sampling.
