Past Presidents, distinguished guests, members, ladies and gentlemen. To stand before you today as the International President of this institution is the proudest moment of my Professional life. I promise you that I will dedicate myself During my year of office to promoting and guiding this Institution with the care, dignity, honesty and dedication That it deserves. This is our 80th anniversary and it is appropriate for me to Briefly look back at the list of names on the roll of past Presidents. It includes those of Delve, Varley, Chisnall, Blacktop and Holland, twice, to name but a few.
