RWE has announced the financial restructuring of Thames Water, whilst in Indonesia, moves are afoot to sell most of the shares in its Jakarta operation. RWE, owners of Thames Water, is undertaking a capital restructuring of the RWE Thames Water group in preparation for the planned divestment of Thames Water by 2007. However, the divestment still has to be approved by the RWE Supervisory Board.
