Did you ever wish the teams at your company were as efficient and cohesive as a racing car's pit crew? Many employers had that dream. NASCAR's PIT Instruction and Training program normally accepts only students training for NASCAR pit crews. But recently, PIT has been training employees for companies that wish to foster better team-building. Companies such as Intel, Best Buy and Comcast have sent workers to PIT. Besides being great team members, presumably employees will be able to gas up their cars and change their tires in 40 seconds flat, too.
