Vacation pay may be part of the regularly scheduled payroll cycle. Sometimes, employees are able to receiverntheir vacation pay before they go on vacation. Still other organizations have a set time when all employees are given their vacationrnpay ( "Your vacation pay will be given to you at the first pay period following your anniversary date or you mayrnselect another specific time during the year when you receive a full vacation paycheck." ) Having a clearlyrnoutlined policy about early vacation pay may help avoid a mix-up that could ruin an employee's vacation.
