Providing for continued purchasing power after retirement is an item of interest to many of the country's employed. Social Security benefits clearly will not allow a worker to maintain his working-time life style-so that additional sources of income are necessary. To fulfill this need, the company pension or profit-sharing plan becomes an important part of any compensation package.
