This Issue marks the end of our Notes and News section. Notes and News has been a part of Industrial and Commercial Training since 1999, and has helped our readers keep up to date with news and events within the field. Over the years, Notes and News has engaged readers with topics such as mental health, e-learning, customer care training, career perception, computer literacy, gender bias in business and so much more. Notes and News, alongside our authored articles, has been an invaluable resource in keeping ICT in touch with current topics and issues. Its inclusion has aided in highlighting potential key areas of interest for research and development. David McGuire, Fiona Allison, Carys Morley and the rest of the ICT Editorial Team at Emerald Group Publishing would like to thank David Pollitt - author of Notes and News - wholeheartedly for his fantastic and invaluable service to ICT. It has been a pleasure to work with David, and we wish him all the best with his future endeavours.
