Industry execs expressed themselves with sweeping gestures at the recent Information Industry Summit, hosted by the Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA) Content Division. The opening panel in New York City engaged in an animated conversation on the future of media. In the opening session, Press+ co-founder and CEO Gordon Crovitz quipped, "If you're still in this industry, you do not have a faint heart." As for the future? The upbeat panelists called our times a "golden age of journalism" and a "golden age of digital audiences going to digital outlets."
