Colombia has had its share of drug problems, but it's nothing compared to what Mexico is dealing with, according to the former Colombian president Alvaro Uribe. Last month during Everest Capital's Emerging Markets Forum, Uribe said that Mexico has more than twice the population of Colombia, so efforts to rein in drug cartels are even more challenging.
