dropbox is set to price its widely-expected US$648m Nasdaq IPO this week, buoyed by a surge in tech valuations this year and a US$100m investment from Salesforce. The popular file-sharing company could hardly be making its debut at a better time, with US tech stocks posting record highs last week and software valuations up nearly 20% this year.
