The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) is ready and willing to continue supporting the rehabilitation of hydropower plants in Central Asia, as well as the construction of new small and medium-sized projects, to improve electricity supply, but also to address critical climate change issues, according to Aida Sitdikova, the EBRD's Director of Energy and Natural Resources for Russia and Central Asia. She discussed the Bank's policy recently with H&D News Editor, Martin Burdett.
