The German minimum wagelawstipulates that transport firms have to pay their employees the legal minimum wage (which currently stands at EUR 8.84/hour gross) - even if they only carry out logistics or transport services in Germany on a temporary basis. However, the legislative failed to define what ‘temporary’ means in the context of this law.
