South Korea's military procurement agency - the Defense Acquisition Program Administration (DAPA) - is reviewing its mid-term spending plan as it prepares to fund a range of big-ticket projects over the next few years. "A review committee is evaluating the cost of various projects," a spokesman from DAPA told IHS Jane's on 10 February. He confirmed that the spending review covers 2016-20, reassessing the cost and schedules of a number of major programmes.
