HOLLAND is the first of four Oceangoing Patrol Vessels that are currently being built for the Royal Netherlands Navy. The ship was designed to accept Thales' Integrated Mast: a superstructure that presents an advanced engineering solution to the customary problem of efficient ship/sensor integration. By resolving the electromagnetic conflicts and line-of-sight obstructions inherent in traditional topside arrangements, it provides remarkable advantages in terms of operational performance and shipbuilding risk.
