Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems (IDS) is continuing to push for business in the Middle East as part of a wider campaign to offset the downturn in the US market with international sales, according to the division's president, Tom Kennedy. "There is significant opportunity to provide security and defensive systems for countries in that region," Kennedy told journalists in Washington, DC, on 23 October.
