The US Army's Ground Combat Vehicle (GCV) programme is facing another delay as government auditors review the contracting process following an award protest filed by a losing bidder. An official 'bid protest docket entry' with the US Government Accountability Office (GAO) indicated that the auditing agency has until 5 December to dismiss or uphold the complaint, lodged on 26 August by Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) after its team was not chosen to proceed into the GCV programme's technology development phase (TDP).
