Germany's ThyssenKrupp, United Arab Emirates shipbuilder Abu Dhabi MAR (ADM) and the Greek government have reached an agreement on a contract which is intended to secure the future of Greek naval operation Hellenic Shipyards.rnThe agreement - under which ThyssenKrupp subsidiary ThyssenKrupp Marine Systems (TKMS) will transfer the majority of its stake in Hellenic to ADM - will now go before the Greek parliament for ratification before final signature by the three parties, according to a joint statement on 16 September from the companies and the Greek government.
