摘要

We propose a discrete frequency swept laser with sufficient sweep repetition rate (SRR) of 10 kHz order for 2D single-shot pseudo comb interferometry, in which the shutter speed of 2D imaging sensor is operated at 10 mu s order. The proposed light source can overcome the limited SRR in 1 kHz order of the conventional discrete frequency swept lasers, which are not adequate for 2D single-shot pseudo comb interferometry. The proposed light source with a frequency step of approximately 200 GHz and an SRR of 29 kHz is demonstrated, showing an effectiveness for the axial range expansion of 2D single-shot industrial profilometry and tomography in several tens of millimeters.
