Thank you for publishing the research “A Multisite Study of Interprofessional Teamwork and Collaboration on General Medical Services” by O’Leary and colleagues in your December 2020 issue. Their findings that there were significant differences in ratings of the quality of collaboration across professional categories (nurses, physicians, and nurse assistants) was disappointing but consistent with the results of previous studies.
