Many librarians in a variety in academic, public, or special libraries sometimes encounter a vague word or phrase in the work setting that might be part of their millennial children's everyday vocabulary but needs further explanation to anyone over a certain age. In their practical book, Cybersins and Digital Good Deeds, authors MaryAnn Bell, Bobby Ezell, and James L. Van Roekel provide a thorough A to Z listing of a wide range of concepts from "absent presence" through "worm," defining the creative jargon that reflects and expresses so many ethical aspects of the new information age.
