摘要

The first UITP Tender Structure Document for buses was presented in Rome, Italy in 2005 after one and a half years of preparation between the bus operators, bus manufacturers and some representatives from the public transport authorities. Implementation of the document was done in several countries, together with local organisations like ASSTRA in Italy or VDV in Germany.rnOn four occasions, UITP performed evaluations of current tender documents to ensure that recommendations initiated would apply in real business situations. As a summary, the tender evaluations showed some 65% of fulfilment, which can be seen as a relatively good result bearing in mind it was the first time it was done.
