The sensory science field is fast growing, and applied marketing researchers and business professionals are quite fond of this science. Random-sampled data are major ingredients in this science. Statistics is useful to collect such unbiased random data. Several parametric and non-parametric statistical techniques play a significant role in sensory science. Problems and solutions are developed with the help of statistical methods. The following two books attest to the above statements. The book with the title 'Nonparametrics for Sensory Science', by J.C.W. Rayner, D.J. Best, P.B. Brockhoff and G.D.
