摘要

As the world economy has entered a "post-crisis" era and States one after another has rebound, the focus of technological competition of economic is reflected in technological competition, which directly depends on the talent competition, that is, the quality of laborer competition. From the perspective of change the mode of economic development, this paper aims at establishing a more scientific and reasonable quality index system of laborer, and computes more accurate scores of laborer quality, so that for the future, especially the policy formulation and academic research about laborer quality during the "Twelve-Five".
