摘要

The ceramization mechanism of the irradiated polycarbosilane-20masspolyvininylane hybrid polymer was investigated in the converting proces from polymer in ceramic. In the heat treatment of the irradiated hybrid polymer, hydrogen gas evolution occurs in the three temperature ramges aspimd 850 and 1050, and 21370 K.In the temperature range above 1000K, the radicals are accumulaaated rapidly by restriction of molecular motion in converting from polymer to ceramic. Change of the FT-IR spectra of the fibers by heat treatment after irradiation is also measured.
