摘要

The microstructure of the substrate for gas separation at high temperatures was designed and fabricated. The designed substrate is composed of three layers. The base layer was alumina reinforced with chopped-fibers of alumina which were unidirectionally oricented to increase the strain to filure. The intermediate layer and the top layer had graded pore size from the substtate through the mimbrane.
