The cooperative collection and delivery system is concerned with a counter-plan of urban traffic problem. However, after introducing this system in Fukuoka urban area some problems are pointed out. For example, it has been not necessarily making traffic smooth in CBD (Central Business District) and participation companies cannot completely cooperate it. This study is analyzed the consciousness of participation of the cooperative collection and delivery system by the questionnaire survey. Then, some strategies are proposed to use this system effectively.
