In March 2011 the textile machinery producer Oerlikon Neumag, Neumunster/Germany, signed a contract with the producer of carded, combed and meianged yarns Selcuk Group, Baspinar/Turkey, to deliver the complete airlaid plant with a festooning system. This plant, with a total capacity of 7,000 tons/year, is engineered to produce a wide range of airlaid nonwovens for different applications such as feminine hygiene products, table top products, wet and various other applications.
