Asked to be self-supporting for extensive periods of time, SOF teams carry a myriad of equipment, there is a need to, in addition to Quads and light tactical all-terrain vehicles (ATV), procure vehicles that feature a considerable payload as various radios, the operators' personal kit and enough food, water and ammunition for the combination of machineguns, automatic grenade launchers, and shoulder launched weapons being carried.
