We are witnessing unexpectedly high consumption of natural gas caused by temperatures lower than last year. This difference has caused the natural gas consumption increase of 27 %. The situation becomes even more serious due to the fact that the gas quantity in the underground storage has been reduced to half, lowering the work capacity of wells. This could cause difficulties in gas supply for consumers during the next possibly cold period that can be expected in January and February.
