摘要

The unstauration level of crude palm oil (CPO) is an important factor in relation to the quality, the yield from conversion to frying oil and other technical-economical aspects of this commo- dity. More over, the higher content of polyun- saturated fatty acids (PUFA) makes diversification of CPO to other products with higer economic value more possible. An enzyme produced by Rhizopus oryzae, a fungus producing γ-linolenic Acid intracellularly will be utilized for Cpo bio- Conversion.
