摘要

The magnetic barrel finishing machine was developed by applying the magnetic field rotation of an AC motor, whose rotor was removed. The electric and magnetic characteristics were measured by a trial machine, and the relation between the current and flux density was investigated. Furthermore, the flux density of the cylindri- cal space was measured in various directions. Informations on a new cylindrical type magnetic barrel finishing machine was obtained from the results of the experiments, and used to manufacture the new machine.
