Every month, new books on the latest diet or nutrition trend hit the market. Many of these popular titles make a decidedly one-sided argument on a particular topic. Reading Food and Nutrition Controversies Today: A Reference Guide, authored by husband and wife team Myrna and Mark Goldstein is refreshing in its ability to set forth both sides of many food and nutrition-related issues without clearly favouring one side over another.
