Information literacy assessment resources are identified in Bonnie Gratch Lindauer's guest Information Literacy and Instruction Column in the Winter 2004 issue of Reference and User Services Quarterly. In her column, Lindauer states that "assessment best practice encourages the use of multiple measures and methods to provide evidence." She identifies a major goal of assessment to be a means of improving teaching and instructional materials. This column identifies and categorizes information literacy assessment resources for individual and collective examples that relate to science and engineering.
