The Provence, France, Council area helped crew members from the aircraft carrier USS Harry S. Truman "set the standard" by performing six successful community relations projects (COMRELs) while the ship was in port in Marseille in early June.rnAccording to Deborah J. Coz-zone, president of the Provence Council, Truman crew members contributed more than 900 hours of community service during the three-day port visit and performed more than twice the number of COMRELs ships typically do while in port.
