1. One of the most expensive factors in the post-production creation of videos is creating pieces that synchronize the speaker with their slide deck. To minimize these costs, consider shooting your sessions with two cameras, one aimed at the speaker, one aimed at the screen (this works best if the screen is offset to the speakers side). The person shooting the video can make use of a simple video switching unit to turn on the appropriate camera while the speaker is talking, creating a premixed video.
