Comments on Computer Science Courses on Algorithms I met Bob Glass while I was developing a software engineering program at Butler University and he was living in Bloomington, Indiana while his wife was working at Indiana University. We became friends and spent time together attending events and sampling various restaurants. Several years ago Bob and his wife moved to Brisbane, Australia. Given Bob's experience and interest in software engineering education, I have asked Bob to contribute to this column. Those of you who have read any of Bob's books, columns, or articles know he is a contrarian - he likes to take non-traditional or non-popular positions. Accordingly, Mark Ardis has responded to Bob's contribution. I hope you enjoy and learn from reading these comments.
