This analysis attempts to develop a scenario for mass space tourism flights, which satisfy operators, passengers, and the public's needs and wishes by a systematical approach. The focal point of research is to span the gap between today's "pioneer space tourism" (one or two space flights per year to the International Space Station ISS) and desired futures "mass space tourism" (100000 space flights per year to orbit). This might be realized by, first, increasing public awareness; second, operating suborbital vehicles for semiregular flights; third, operating orbital vehicles for regular flights covering a total period of 70 years. Assumed passenger demand could open a new market of annua revenues of $10 billion within the frame of this representative scenario.
