P2i,a UK company developing a liquid-repellent plasma coating technology, says it has raised an additional ￡5.5 million (about $8 million) to provide further working capital in support of its international growth.rnExisting shareholders (Naxos Capital Partners, Swarraton Partners, Porton Capital, Unilever Ventures and Rainbow Seedfund) have supplied the funds to the company from Abingdon, which has now completed fourth funding round since becoming a technology spin-out from the UK Government's Ministry of Defence in early 2004. Since that time, P2i says it has raised a total of ￡17.2 million ($25 million).
