After the $3,000 Nano, the world's lowest prized car, launched in India in 2009, the world community has turned its attention to another Indian "innovation." In mid-July, India's Minister of Human Resource Development, Kapil Sibal, unveiled a $30 portable computer, named "Sakshat," with some amazing features.rn"Sakshat" means actual or true to form. Is it due to a sense of relief that they have accomplished something they set out to do years ago that the developer gave it such an interesting brand name?
