Exports in FY 05-06 (July-June) have reached US$16.468 billion, representing an increase of $2.1 billion or 14.44% over last year's level of $14.4 billion, substantially higher than the target growth in FY 04-05. The export projection for 2006-07 has been fixed at $18.6 billion. This will represent an increase of about 13% on last year's export level.
