摘要

The oxygen gas-barrier films intended for (2 to 6 months) long-term storage packaging of pick- led vegetables have been available chiefly with polyvinylidene chloride coating (K coat) films such as KONY and KOPP. However, due to the environmental problem of dioxin occurred during the burning, the K-coat films have been demanded to be superseded by eco-friendly films. From the results of evaluation of physical properties of various packaging materials, aluminum- deposited PET and double-layer barrier nylon are found suited for eco-friendly, gas barrier pack- aging materials for pickled vegetables, and they are actively finding application.
