With the upcoming delivery of the Bourbon Bison for Bourbon Supply Investissements, Caterpillar Marine Power Systems will have powered four azimuth stern drive (ASD) escort tugs with the MaK 9 M 25 marine engines. Built in Dubai by Grandweld Shipyard, the high-performance ASD terminal escort tugs were all delivered throughout 2009 to be used for berthing and un-berthing large ships, particularly oil and LNG tankers at exposed terminals.
