The 5 Series leak detectors from Ateq include an integral blockage test facility so that both conditions can be tested for in a single production cycle. The new pressurised leak rate transducer system is said to enhance the machine's overall accuracy, repeatability and allow shorter test cycle times. A modular overall design allows, for example, control panels to be separated from measurement sensors for ease of integration, automation and expansion.
