摘要

Short review on the methods for synthesis of the 1,4-benzodiazepines derivatives labeled. By_11 radioactive isotopes. Labeled aminoketones, glycine derivatives or proper radicals (~3H_3C, H_3~14C, H_3~11C) for obtaining of N~1-substituted 1,4-benzodiazepines were used for the synthesis of desired products. Possibility of obtaining of their labeled analogs with the high specific radioactivity in the isotope exchange reactions (exposure in tritium gas) has been demonstrated.
