Ready or not, 2016 is here, and it began with a roller-coaster ride in the stock market. Not exactly the kind of Yippie! we had hoped to start the year with. However, looking on the bright side of things, fuel prices are at 10-year lows so there is no time like the present to get out there, take advantage of that cheap gas, and fly the pants off every airplane you can get your hands on. With our first show already behind us SPA is looking forward to the Northwest Aviation Conference and the Grounded Hogs dinner held by the Washington Seaplane Pilots Association in Puyallup, Washington, in February. And before we know it, spring will be upon us, which means Sun 'n Fun in Lakeland, Florida, and the Great Alaska Aviation Gathering in Anchorage.
