The Seaplane Pilots Association has named three seaplane pilots and owners to Field Director positions: Dave Hensch in Florida, Lee Hilbert in Illinois, and Ron Ems in Oregon. Dave Hensch, a seaplane flight instructor at Florida Seaplanes in Orlando, Florida, and a contributor to Water Flying magazine, spends much of his time training new seaplane pilots in Florida Seaplanes' three M-7 Maule high-performance floatplanes.
