摘要

Die vergleichsweise große Kontaktfläche zwischen Werkzeug und Werkstück erschwert beim Schleifen die Zuführung des Kühlschmierstoffs in den Schleifspalt. Eine thermische Überlastung der Werkstückrandzone sowie die Zusetzung und der Verschleiß der Schleifscheibe können die Folge sein. Eine neue Methode erlaubt es nun, die Zuführung des Kühlschmierstoffs in die Kontaktzone zu optimieren.%In grinding, the supply of coolant into the working gap is rendered difficult by the relatively large contact surface between tool and workpiece. Thermal overload on the workpiece border zone as well as grinding wheel loading and wear can be the consequences. A new method now allows optimization of the coolant supply to the contact zone.
