It is a privilege for me to share a few words of felicitation with the distinguished dignitaries on the dais and the delegates from all over India and abroad who made it to the convention and are amidst us today. The presence of Commerce Secretary isparticularly encouraging as the Ministry's support to this industry is very important at this juncture. Mr.Barkakoty, Vice Chairman of Tea Board carries with him vast experience of Assam at its grassroots and voice of the Tea Board. Our congratulations to UPASI lead by Mr.Dharmaraj in conceptualizing and organizing this wonderful event which brought together leaders of the industry across the world.
