The Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry issued Dec. 7 a revised list of chemicals that may have their toxicological profiles updated(70 Fed. Reg. 72,840).The revised list also added 10 new chemicals to the list and removed 10 that ATSDR deemed to be lower priorities.Called the CERCLA Priority List of Hazardous Substances,the list consists of those substances found to be the greatest concern to public health at or around su-perfund sites,the ATSDR said in the notice.
